How To Disconnect A Controller From Xbox One

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings .
Select All Settings .
Under Kinect & devices , select Devices & accessories .

Cheers for posting on Xbox Forums. in regards to your question about how to "unsync" a controller from a panel. There really isn't a setting or push button to practice so on the console. The only way to "unsync" a controller would be to sync or bind the controller with another panel. For more than info on How to Sync or Demark a Controller please view this back up commodity.

Press and agree the heart button same as turning panel off, then click turn off controller

I'm not sure what your use example is, but I don't know of a way to remove the pairing between the panel and a controller - only that you can overwrite it by pairing with a new console.

If for some reason yous need your controller on, without turning on the console a "soft" bear on of the Guide push will plough the controller on without turning the panel on.

If you Sync a controller to another console it will no longer exist paired with the original.

Non sure why yous experience the need to remove a controller from a panel.
